Our Event Space

Our event space is available on Saturday and Sunday and is located in a fully renovated mill building

with a rich history in the Saco/Biddeford area.

The space can comfortably accommodate up to 40 people indoor and over 20 people outdoor on the patio

(weather permitting)

Room Rental Fee

We charge a non-refundable room fee of $375 for a 3-hour party or $425 for a 4-hour party.

This fee covers staff, room setup, liability,

breakdown, and cleanup.

We require a minimum of $500 in

food and drink for the day.

Included are high-quality disposables for eating and table coverings, and you are welcome to decorate the space with flowers, decor, pictures, and signs.
